Product Description:
The flat mold granulator is mainly used for granulating raw materials such as wood chips, straw, animal manure, mineral powder, graphite powder, etc., with a wide range of applications.
The flat mold granulator adopts a motor and a hard tooth reducer directly connected for transmission, which rotates smoothly, has low noise, and relies on the gravity of the material itself for feeding, avoiding blockage. The spindle speed is about 60rpm, and the linear speed of the pressure roller is about 2.5m/s, which can effectively remove gas from the material and increase the tightness of the product. Due to its low linear speed and reduced noise and component wear during operation, the roller bearings for producing high-fat and high sugar products have long-lasting lubrication and special sealing, which can prevent lubricant contamination of materials and reduce lubricant loss during the granulation process. This model is equipped with flat molds with multiple apertures and compression ratios between 12-30mm for selection, and users can choose flat molds with different apertures and compression ratios according to different needs, achieving the best technical and economic benefits.
